Counties Served: Stewart, Montgomery, Robertson, Sumner, Trousdale, Houston, Dickson, Cheatham, Davidson, Wilson, Humphreys, Hickman, Williamson, Rutherford, Perry, Lewis, Maury, Marshall, Bedford, Coffee, Grundy, Sequatchie, Wayne, Lawrence, Giles, Lincoln, Moore, Franklin

Age Range: Adult (caregiver or parent of a child)

Eligibility:

• Middle TN resident (primary client) living in one of the 28 counties served
• Child in the home (can be a foster child or non-relative)
• US Citizen (primary client)
• Interest in setting family goals
• Family must meet AT LEAST ONE of the following criteria:
• Eligible for TennCare, Families First, SNAP
• No income or unemployed
• Eligible for Section 8, Public Housing, or homeless
• Eligible for Free/ Reduced School Lunch
