How We Can Offer Long Term Support

The Intensive Long-Term Support program provides intensive long-term, wrap-around support services that are community-based and long-term recovery oriented. Onsite services include psychiatric, nursing, case management and treatment services, as well as living skill development and community activity participation.

These facilities are designed to allow earlier discharge of service recipients from Middle Tennessee Mental Health Institute (MTMHI). This program maintains the service recipients in the community in supportive living facilities and provide services which supplement existing services funded by various departments of the state (case management, outpatient psychiatric services, mobile crisis services, peer support centers, etc.) that are not sufficient to meet the specialized needs of this population.

Housing support, on-site psychiatric services, case management, day program and other needed services are provided.
