Qualifications: Master’s in Psychology or a related field, Credentialed as a CPA in the State of Tennessee. Valid TN driver’s license, proof of automobile insurance, and reliable transportation. Duties & Responsibilities/Principal Activities:
- Travel to client homes or designated community locations to perform evaluations throughout Tennessee and Southern Kentucky
- Conduct psychological evaluations of clients using an array of assessment techniques and instruments, including but not limited to a review of psychosocial history, mental status exam, clinical interview and use of standardized assessments.
- Score Psychological Assessments and provide a summary of assessment results and diagnostic suppositions to the Clinical Supervisor.
- In collaboration with the Clinical Supervisor, complete a Psychological Report which meet all documentation requirements necessary for billing purposes, answers all referral questions and justifies Diagnostic decisions.
- Conduct a summary face to face or telehealth debriefing with assessed clients following determination of Diagnostic condition and Service Recommendations.
- Complete all continuing Education requirements to maintain CPA status.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in coordination and facilitation of special programming, professional development or other similar activities that will enhance programming and increase competencies with partners and/or families in the program.
- Works with partners to organize and coordinate family and community focused events allowing for the entire community and family to connect and build stronger bonds.
- Collaborates with partners to prepare all necessary materials for family focused and community events to ensure event objectives are met including catering, vendors, and other resources needed for family engagement.
- Collaborates with partners on budget availability and billing requirements to ensure grant budget allowances are not exceeded.
- Perform administrative duties related to paperwork and documentation for all housing programs and grants, ensuring full compliance.
- Maintains a consistent caseload of families with a goal of serving at least 10 families per year.

The Residential Specialist is expected to perform all job responsibilities in alignment with the mission and core values of TNV and comply with all TNV policies and procedures, OSHA, CMS, HIPPA, local, state, and federal, regulations. Bending and lifting to assist clients with ADL’s may also be a regular duty.
