Duties & Responsibilities/Principal Activities:
- Responsible for ensuring all phases and activities of the Wraparound Process are done to high quality and fidelity – accountable to family
- Complete required evaluation
- Provide face-to-face direct service hours to families as needed in implementing High-Fidelity
- Collaborates with the family in developing a list of individuals they want to attend the Family Team Meetings
- Ensure that the wraparound process is family driven and youth guided, and that families experience ongoing participation in and ownership of their care
- In collaboration with the family, facilitate the scheduling of case conferences and family team
- Develop and coordinate Individual Service Plan (ISP) with the

Summary: Under the supervision of a Chief Clinical Officer, administers and scores psychological tests, performs behavioral observations, assesses symptomology and provides interpretation of test results for children, youth and adult clients. Assists with testing and data collection for agency projects.
Qualifications: Master’s in Psychology or a related field, Credentialed as a CPA in the State of Tennessee. Valid TN driver’s license, proof of automobile insurance, and reliable transportation. One year of experienced with Psychological Assessment preferred. Training in proper crisis prevention initiatives and universal precautions required.

Duties & Responsibilities/Principal Activities:
- Travel to client homes or designated community locations to perform evaluations throughout Tennessee and Southern Kentucky
- Conduct psychological evaluations of clients using an array of assessment techniques and instruments, including but not limited to a review of psychosocial history, mental status exam, clinical interview and use of standardized assessments.
- Score Psychological Assessments and provide a summary of assessment results and diagnostic suppositions to the Clinical Supervisor.
- In collaboration with the Clinical Supervisor, complete a Psychological Report which meet all documentation requirements necessary for billing purposes, answers all referral questions and justifies Diagnostic decisions.
- Conduct a summary face to face or telehealth debriefing with assessed clients following determination of Diagnostic condition and Service Recommendations.

Duties & Responsibilities/Principal Activities:
- Consults with Clinical Director to ensure clinical requirements for the agency are met and in keeping with the TNV mission, state and federal regulations, contractual guidelines, and the highest legal and ethical standards.
- Supports the clinical director in providing individual and group clinical supervision and evaluation to designated TNV pre-licensed supervisees, graduate level interns.
- Evaluates designated, pre-licensed supervisees for clinical quality and competence in keeping with TN State regulations, the appropriate licensure code of ethics, and TNV policy; oversees supervisee clinical activity in coordination with TNV program managers and the other agency directors.

Ability for statewide travel required.

Duties & Responsibilities/Principal Activities:
- Support the implementation of a statewide child care consultation program, through the coordination and provision of Pyramid Model training and classroom consultation to benefit staff members, children, and family members associated with childcare, Head Start, pre-K and other child serving agencies
- Collect program evaluations and satisfaction surveys from training and technical assistance recipients
- Assist in the development of Pyramid Model Leadership Sites through training, coaching and securing program operational and evaluation data
- Participate in local and regional committee meetings to increase awareness of child care consultation program across the state

The House Manager will report directly to the Program Director.

- Conduct Home Intake for all new Residents and complete annual update to all required paperwork: CareLogic Intake, Inventory resident property, complete Residential Agreement, review Household rules and schedule, orient to the home, introduce staff and peers, etc.
- Conduct periodic House Meeting with Residents to review rules, client rights, discuss menu options, etc.
- Report and Review all Resident medical concerns and questions to the Program Director and relevant Treating professionals.
- Report and Review all Resident Incident Reports to the Program Director.
- Conduct a monthly Fire/Bad Weather Drill in the Home.
- Maintain an onsite Filing System for all Household Records.
- Ensure all Resident Records are sent to Medical Records for scanning.
- Collaborate with the assigned care coordinator for all Residents Health and Social Service needs.
- Collaborate with Resident, Care Coordinator and other Treatment professionals for the development and implementation of a Treatment/Care Plan which identifies Mental Health, Independent Living and/or Step-down Goals.
- Demonstrate mastery of the areas of training designated for your role in Relias.
- Attend all General Staff Meetings.
- Grocery and Supply Shopping as requested by the Program Director.
- Authorized agent for an assigned Agency Credit Card to be used for program related expenses.

Qualifications: Residential Specialists must be able to demonstrate a means of Reliable transportation to and from work. Training in proper crisis prevention initiatives and universal precautions required. A minimum of a high school diploma with 1 year of qualifying experience working with individuals with mental illness or developmental disabilities or certification as a Medical Assistant or CNA/CNT. The Residential Specialist is expected to perform all job responsibilities in alignment with the mission and core values of TNV and comply with all TNV policies and procedures, OSHA, CMS, HIPPA, local, state, and federal, regulations. Bending and lifting to assist clients with ADL’s may also be a regular duty.

- Responsible for prompting and assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL’s). This may include bathing, grooming and toileting assistance as well as cleaning, chores, and other daily activities of independent living.
- Observe and report changes to residents’ health and behaviors.

Qualifications: Residential Specialists must be able to demonstrate a means of Reliable transportation to and from work. Training in proper crisis prevention initiatives and universal precautions required. - Provide training to teachers, staff, and parents about Building Strong Brains/ACES, Trauma and Co-Occurring Disorders and Understanding the link between Adolescent Trauma and Substance abuse
- Identify students/parents and teachers/staff currently experiencing or at-risk of experiencing trauma related stress symptoms
- Completes Strengths-Based Assessments (CANS, ACES, CBITS)
