Teen Connect

About This Program

Teen Connect is a supportive parenting group designed for parents and caregivers of teens who are experiencing challenging behaviors. In a safe, welcoming virtual environment, participants learn practical skills to strengthen communication, deepen understanding, and build a healthier relationship with their teen.

This free, 10-week virtual parenting class is offered in both day and evening sessions. Whether you are navigating conflict, struggling to connect, or simply looking for tools to better support your teen’s mental health and wellbeing, Teen Connect meets you where you are.

Through guided discussion and shared learning, parents and caregivers gain a deeper understanding of the behaviors and emotions teens experience, along with practical strategies to respond with patience and confidence. Sessions offer a space to connect with other parents facing similar challenges, so no one has to navigate the teen years alone.
