Prenatal Mother Support (Counseling/Case Management)

Free Therapy for Pregnant Moms in Tennessee

About This Program

Pregnancy brings a lot of emotions, and not all of them are the ones people expect you to talk about. If you’ve been feeling anxious, weepy, on edge, or just not like yourself, you’re not broken and you’re not alone. These feelings are common, and support is available.

Does This Sound Familiar?

  • Are you experiencing anxiety or mood swings?
  • Feeling stressed about birth or parenting?
  • Feeling drained or down more days than not?

What We Offer

TN Voices provides a safe, confidential space to talk through your feelings and get real support for the emotional challenges of pregnancy and beyond. This is free therapy, with no cost and no barrier to getting help when you need it most.

You’ll talk with someone who listens without judgment and helps you work through what you’re feeling, whether that’s worry about the birth itself, the weight of becoming a parent, or simply not feeling like yourself.

How to Access Care

This program is available in whatever way works for you:

  • Virtually, across all 95 Tennessee counties
  • In person, at our clinics in Goodlettsville, TN and Jackson, TN

This project is funded under an agreement with the State of Tennessee.
