ReAct Anger Management Training

ReACT: Accountability, Control, and Transformation

About This Program

ReAct is a free anger management training that helps participants build real accountability and lasting skills for processing anger in healthier ways.

ReAct is a free, 8-week training for Davidson County residents that uses accountability and education to improve anger management. Rather than telling participants to simply “calm down,” ReAct digs into the why behind anger and builds practical, doable strategies for responding differently when it shows up.

What Participants Learn

  • The brain science behind anger, understanding what’s actually happening when anger takes over
  • How to process anger differently, moving beyond old patterns that no longer serve you
  • Doable strategies for anger triggers, giving you real tools to change your response in the moment

ReAct for Youth

Anger management isn’t just an adult challenge. ReAct for Youth offers the same accountability-based approach, tailored specifically for adolescents learning to navigate big emotions.

  • Ages: 12–17
  • When: Wednesdays, 5:00–6:30 PM CST
  • Format: Ongoing class, so youth can join and continue building skills over time

This training is available to Davidson County residents only.
