The merger will allow for a more seamless delivery of services, ensuring families have access to mental health and family support programs throughout all stages of life. It also enhances our ability to advocate for policies that promote stronger communities and resilient individuals and families.
No, all existing services will continue as planned, and everyone can expect the same level of care. Over time, we may introduce new initiatives and programs to expand and enhance our impact.
We recognize that our staff is our most valuable resource that makes everything we do possible.

Our priority is to support staff throughout this transition. While roles may shift to align with the new organization’s structure, we are committed to clear communication, job stability, and professional development opportunities as we move forward together.

Rikki Harris will remain CEO of TN Voices, ensuring continuity and strategic direction. Kristen Davis will step into the role of Chief Innovation Officer, driving forward new initiatives and solutions to strengthen our impact across Tennessee. Together, with their combined leadership team, they will lead a collaborative effort to align services and maximize this union’s potential.
